Developing Your Leadership

Developing Your Leadership is a leadership development experience for executives and senior leaders who want to lead more intentionally and gain a clearer understanding of how their leadership decisions show up in the workplace. The experience focuses on helping leaders examine their leadership style, skills, communication, and decision-making, and reflect on how those choices shape the day-to-day experience of work across teams.

Program Overview

Developing Your Leadership is delivered through ten one-on-one leadership development sessions, typically held bi-weekly over approximately five months.

Each session builds on the last and focuses on a core aspect of leadership that influences how leadership is experienced in practice. The work is grounded in the leader’s real responsibilities, challenges, and operating environment and is designed to support clarity, reflection, and intentional leadership development over time.
