The Employee Focused Leader™ is a transformational leadership development experience designed for executives and senior leaders who want to elevate their impact, build trust, and create workplaces where people feel valued and motivated to do their best work.

Program Overview
The Employee Focused Leader™ is delivered through 10 one-on-one leadership development sessions, held bi-weekly over five months. Each session builds on the last, guiding you through a structured leadership development framework designed to elevate how you lead and help you become an Employee Focused Leader.
You’ll also receive:
Leadership Profile & Competency Assessments – custom built assessments developed by Dr. Kaltenbacher to discover your leadership style, highlight your unique strengths, and identify key opportunities for development.
Custom Leadership Development Plan – a tailored roadmap designed to guide your leadership journey and advance your leadership development.
Leadership Action Planning – create a leadership action plan to guide your next steps and support your ongoing leadership development.

Each leadership development session is built around one of these 10 Leadership Modules.

Leadership development sessions are 60 minutes, held bi-weekly via Zoom, with in-person meetings available upon request.
